After the COVID-19 season ends, the theatres and OTT digital platforms’ release gap shrinks to 6 weeks to 8 weeks. And in 2025, the time shrunk too much. In the same month as the theatrical release of the movie, it is streaming on OTT. This is purely a commercial point of view from the producers.
Before the year 2020 – 2 to 3 months.
After the year 2020 – 1 month minimum.
From 2025 onwards – 3 weeks and above.
